Afzal Greens began as a small family field on the edge of Rawalpindi, growing vegetables the way our elders always have — with patience and care for the soil.
As demand grew from restaurants and supermarkets for genuinely fresh greens, we replanted our fields around kale, rocket, basil and salad leaves — crops that reward speed from soil to table.
